About us

We develop forward-looking
robot projects

Maucher CNC-Robotic GmbH was founded in 2020 by founder Peter Strittmatter in Meckenbeuren on Lake Constance. Out of the firm conviction that robot-assisted manufacturing is an absolutely necessary step for the successful future of his company, here he combines mechanical engineering, robotics system integration and in-house industrial manufacturing. As part of Maucher Formenbau KG, which forms a strong foundation with three plants, around 200 employees and more than 12,200 m² of production space, the company develops, integrates and operates robotics systems for industry and the service sector, and supports forward-looking humanoid applications.

Our mission

Technology with an attitude

We specialise in the development and sale of modular, highly adaptable machining and handling systems. Our solutions are based on robust CNC robotics technology and stand out for their precision, scalability and maximum process reliability.

Despite global challenges, we consciously commit to Germany as an industrial location and manufacture our machines exclusively domestically. In this way we strengthen the national value chain while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Since 2024 we have been expanding our portfolio with application-oriented solutions from cognitive robotics, service and measurement systems as well as embodied AI, for advanced human-machine interaction and adaptive process control.

"A future worth striving for lies in the hands of those who know how to harness the power of technology and combine it with humanity."

By humanity we mean empathy, helpfulness, solidarity, compassion, respect, dignity, responsibility, morality, tolerance and openness.

Our parent company

From prototype to series production

Anyone who owns a luxury car from Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Bugatti, Mercedes-AMG, McLaren or Audi very likely owes the associated ride comfort in part to a company from Lake Constance.

Maucher Formenbau KG is among the most innovative medium-sized companies in the Lake Constance district and a competent partner in plastics technology. Founded in 1986 as a model-making business, Maucher today has three sites, more than 12,200 m² of production and 4,650 m² of storage space.

Around 200 employees deliver high-tech solutions in development, design and manufacturing for national and international customers. As CNC-Robotic, we are responsible for the automation and digitalisation of these three production plants, with decentrally programmable digital twins and continuous real-time production data capture.

Our advantage

Why we combine industrial, service and humanoid robotics

These areas may seem different, but they grow from a common core of expertise: with us, robotics systems are not only planned and built but deployed every day in our own production environments under real industrial conditions.

Manufacturing practice

We know production from operations, not just from the data sheet.

System integration

Mechanics, control, safety and software from a single source.

CE expertise

Safety and conformity as a differentiator, not an afterthought.

Practice beats theory.

Partner network

Application partners

Our application partners complement our expertise in robotics, automation and the transition to Industry 6.0 with specialised technologies and many years of hands-on experience.

Engineering & Simulation

This network is complemented by modern engineering and simulation tools. This allows processes to be digitally validated and optimised before implementation and transferred efficiently into real production.

Together we create the foundation for innovative, economical and scalable automation solutions.
